After a 30 mile bike ride, there's really only one way to satisfy a group of friends' hunger: MACHO NACHOS!!!
Ingredients:
- Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
- Soyrizo
- Morningstar Mealstarters Crumbles
- Cheddar Cheese Mix
- Cuban Black Beans
- Diced Green Peppers
- A dash of corn for color
- Michelle's Mom's Secret Salsa (you can make your own suckaz)
- Sour Cream
- Avocado (CRUCIAL!!!)
Optional Add For Flavor:
- Heated debate about the movie It.
- A&W Cream Soda
Layer ingredients on baking pan however you see fit, cook until the cheese melts (we heated up the soyrizo, crumbles and beans ahead of time).
For extra fun and added friendship bonding, ditch the plates and share the nachos on the baking pan (plus, that means less dishes to clean! yay!)
